Business Success Stories
Real Businesses. Real Growth. Real Results.
Every business has a different story, different goals, and different challenges. That’s why every strategy we create is customized around the business—not a template.
We look at where each business is today, where the opportunities are, and what needs to improve to create meaningful growth. That may mean strengthening Local SEO, improving Google Maps visibility, building a better website foundation, or preparing the business for how customers are searching through AI.
Here are a few examples of how we’ve helped service-based businesses strengthen their online presence, reach more of the right customers, and turn better search visibility into measurable business growth.
Will your company be next?
New Mexico Roofing Company
Challenge
This New Mexico roofing company relied heavily on shared third-party leads and local service ads, putting them in direct competition with several other contractors for the same customers. Their Google Maps visibility also dropped sharply outside a roughly three-mile radius, while their website lacked the structure needed to compete effectively in emerging AI-powered search experiences.
Our Strategy
FMS focused on expanding local visibility while strengthening the company’s overall search foundation. The strategy included GBP optimization, citation cleanup and NAP consistency, localized service signals, an improved review strategy, answer-focused website content, schema markup, and GEO optimization designed to help search and AI platforms better understand the business.
The Result
From April 1 to October 1, 2026, the roofing company’s organic website traffic increased 125%, monthly inbound leads grew from approximately 30 to more than 70, and closed roof installations more than doubled. Revenue also increased 25% during this six-month period. FMS’s work included Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, consistent business information, review strategy, and helpful website content.
Phoenix HVAC Company
Challenge
The HVAC company was already receiving about 1,200 website visitors per month, but that traffic wasn’t turning into business. With a seventy-five percent bounce rate and only 2–4 website calls per month, the company remained heavily dependent on referrals and word of mouth for new customers.
Our Strategy
FMS strengthened the website and search foundation through technical SEO, Local SEO, schema, site-speed improvements, citations, link outreach, and ongoing content development. We then expanded service and city pages while incorporating AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across traditional search and emerging AI search experiences.
The Result
From February to August 2025, monthly website traffic grew from approximately 1,200 to 2,300 visitors, with traffic from Google increasing 125%. At the same time, the website’s bounce rate dropped from 75% to 21%, showing that visitors were finding the information they needed and staying to take action. The company also saw a significant increase in qualified service calls for both repairs and new installations. By the end of the six months, demand had grown enough that the company hired additional technicians to keep pace.
Glendale Auto Repair Shop
Challenge
The Glendale auto repair shop relied heavily on repeat customers, word-of-mouth referrals, and Local Services Ads, while its website generated only about ten calls per month. The business also struggled to attract enough new customers from surrounding cities such as Phoenix and Peoria.
Our Strategy
FMS combined Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI SEO with new service and city-area pages designed to reach higher-intent customers. We also optimized the Google Business Profile, including its primary and secondary categories, while expanding the shop’s visibility throughout Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding areas.
The Result
During the six-month period from January to July 2026, website calls increased from approximately 10 to 50 per month—a fivefold increase in calls from potential customers. Foot traffic increased 30%, and revenue grew 32%, showing meaningful growth in both customer activity and sales.
Phoenix became the leading source of website traffic among cities, followed by Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise. This reach across the West Valley helped the business connect with customers beyond its immediate neighborhood. Together, these results show how stronger local visibility can translate into more calls, more visits, and measurable business growth.
Phoenix Charter Bus Company
Challenge
When this charter bus company began working with FMS in 2021, they wanted to expand its custom trip business into new markets, including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Hilton Head, San Antonio, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. Website traffic was average, but the site had a high bounce rate, and much of its existing traffic came from direct visits, social media, and referrals. Several website pages also had little or no SEO optimization, limiting the company’s ability to attract customers actively searching for charter transportation.
Our Strategy
FMS developed a broader search strategy focused on attracting visitors with stronger booking intent while expanding the company’s visibility into additional services and destinations.
We optimized existing pages, corrected pages with little or no optimization, added image alt text, implemented structured data/schema, improved internal linking and navigation, rebuilt the contact page, and developed a new booking form. We also created and optimized additional service and city pages, strengthened citations, conducted backlink outreach, and applied ongoing off-page SEO.
The strategy expanded beyond traditional SEO with AEO and GEO optimization, designed to help search engines and AI platforms better understand the company’s services, destinations, and expertise. The goal was to increase visibility across traditional search while creating more opportunities for the brand to appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
The Result
Website traffic began increasing around the middle of the second month. By Month four, traffic had increased twenty-six percent, while the bounce rate had decreased fifteen percent. By Month six, the bounce rate had fallen another twenty-two percent, reaching approximately nineteen percent.
The additional service and city pages gave search engines more relevant company information to index and rank while helping the business reach customers searching for specific trips and destinations. The focus on higher-intent searches also helped attract visitors who stayed on the website longer and were more likely to be considering a booking.
Most importantly, during Months 6–12, revenue increased to almost thirty percent compared with the previous year. The expanded city-page strategy also contributed to increased custom-trip bookings from families, organizations, and corporations.
Southern California Collision Center
Challenge
The collision center needed to attract more high-intent customers who were actively searching for collision repair and ready to schedule an estimate. Competition in local search made it difficult to consistently reach drivers at the moment they needed repairs. They also needed to strengthen their visibility as customers increasingly turned to both Google and AI-powered search to find and evaluate collision centers.
Our Strategy
FMS built a strategy around improving the collision center’s visibility across Google Search, Google Maps, and AI search. We strengthened their Local SEO foundation, optimized key service and location content, improved local relevance and authority signals, and incorporated AEO and GEO strategies to help search and AI platforms better understand the business. The focus was on attracting higher-intent visitors and turning that increased visibility into more booked estimates and collision repair revenue.
The Result
The collision center saw stronger local search visibility and an increase in high-intent website visitors actively looking for collision repair services. Booked estimates increased by twenty-three percent, while collision repair revenue grew by twenty-two percent. More importantly, the improvements created a stronger and more consistent source of new business beyond traditional referrals and advertising. The campaign continues to support sustained growth through increased visibility across Local SEO, Google Maps, and AI-powered search.
Orlando NEMT Transport
Challenge
The non-emergency medical transportation company was seeing fewer ride bookings from both new and returning passengers. Its Google rating had stalled at 4.2 stars, and there was no reliable system in place to encourage satisfied passengers to leave reviews. The website was drawing visitors, but most left without calling or requesting a ride, and the booking form wasn’t built to turn interest into scheduled trips. The site also wasn’t properly optimized for search engines or AI platforms, which limited its ability to reach passengers and families actively searching for medical transportation.
Our Strategy
FMS focused on attracting higher-intent search traffic and turning more of those visitors into booked rides. The strategy included NAP cleanup and monthly citation building, technical SEO, on-page and AI optimization, advanced structured data/schema, stronger trust signals, and industry-related link building outreach. We also added new service and city pages, each built around a specific service the company provides and developed with in-depth AEO and GEO content. On the company’s side, we helped put a customer service and review system in place so the business could deliver a better passenger experience and earn more reviews as bookings grew.
The Result
During the six-month period from March to September 2026, monthly revenue increased 23.5%, and bookings for transportation to and from medical appointments grew 26%. Repeat business rose 18%, while quality search traffic increased 45% compared with the previous six months. The company’s Google rating improved from 4.2 to 4.5 stars, and passengers also began leaving new reviews on Facebook and Yelp, building a stronger reputation across multiple platforms.
