Business Success Stories
Real Businesses. Real Growth. Real Results.
Every business has a different story, different goals, and different challenges.
That’s why every strategy we create is customized around the business—not a template.
Here are a few examples of how we’ve helped service-based businesses strengthen their online presence and grow.
Will your company be next?
Roofing Company
Challenge
The roofing company relied heavily on shared third-party leads, putting them in direct competition with several other contractors for the same customers. Their Google Maps visibility also dropped sharply outside a roughly three-mile radius, while their website lacked the structure needed to compete effectively in emerging AI-powered search experiences.
Our Strategy
FMS focused on expanding local visibility while strengthening the company’s overall search foundation. The strategy included Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup and NAP consistency, localized service signals, an improved review strategy, answer-focused website content, schema markup, and GEO optimization designed to help search and AI platforms better understand the business.
The Result
Over the six-month campaign, organic website traffic increased 135%, inbound leads grew from 30 to 85+ per month, and closed roof installations increased from 10 to 22 per month. The case study also reports a 25% increase in gross monthly pipeline value, showing how stronger search visibility translated into measurable business growth.
HVAC Company
Challenge
The HVAC company was already receiving about 1,200 website visitors per month, but that traffic wasn’t turning into business. With a 75% bounce rate and only 2–4 website calls per month, the company remained heavily dependent on referrals and word of mouth for new customers.
Our Strategy
FMS strengthened the website and search foundation through technical SEO, Local SEO, schema, site-speed improvements, citations, backlinks, and ongoing content development. We then expanded service and city pages while incorporating AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across traditional search and emerging AI search experiences.
The Result
After six months, website traffic increased from 1,200 to 2,300 monthly visitors, Google traffic grew 125%, and the bounce rate dropped from 75% to 21%. Most importantly, website calls increased from just 2–4 per month to approximately 25 per day, while company revenue grew 26.5%.
Auto Repair Shop
Challenge
The Glendale auto repair shop relied heavily on repeat customers, word-of-mouth referrals, and Local Services Ads, while its website generated only about 10 calls per month. The business also struggled to attract enough new customers from surrounding cities such as Phoenix and Peoria.
Our Strategy
FMS combined Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI SEO with new service and city-area pages designed to reach higher-intent customers. We also optimized the Google Business Profile, including its primary and secondary categories, while expanding the shop’s visibility throughout Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding areas.
The Result
After six months, website calls increased from approximately 10 to 50 per month, foot traffic grew 30%, and revenue increased 32%. Phoenix became the largest source of city traffic, followed by Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise—and stronger organic visibility allowed the shop to discontinue Local Services Ads after only four months.
Charter Bus Company
Challenge
When this charter bus company began working with FMS in 2021, they wanted to expand its custom trip business into new markets, including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Hilton Head, San Antonio, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. Website traffic was average, but the site had a high bounce rate, and much of its existing traffic came from direct visits, social media, and referrals. Several website pages also had little or no SEO optimization, limiting the company’s ability to attract customers actively searching for charter transportation.
Our Strategy
FMS developed a broader search strategy focused on attracting visitors with stronger booking intent while expanding the company’s visibility into additional services and destinations.
We optimized existing pages, corrected pages with little or no optimization, added image alt text, implemented structured data/schema, improved internal linking and navigation, rebuilt the contact page, and developed a new booking form. We also created and optimized additional service and city pages, strengthened citations, conducted backlink outreach, and applied ongoing off-page SEO.
The strategy expanded beyond traditional SEO with AEO and GEO optimization, designed to help search engines and AI platforms better understand the company’s services, destinations, and expertise. The goal was to increase visibility across traditional search while creating more opportunities for the brand to appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
The Result
Website traffic began increasing around the middle of the second month. By Month 4, traffic had increased 26%, while the bounce rate had decreased 15%. By Month 6, the bounce rate had fallen another 22%, reaching approximately 19%.
The additional service and city pages gave search engines more relevant company information to index and rank while helping the business reach customers searching for specific trips and destinations. The focus on higher-intent searches also helped attract visitors who stayed on the website longer and were more likely to be considering a booking.
Most importantly, during Months 6–12, revenue increased 29.7% compared with the previous year. The expanded city-page strategy also contributed to increased custom-trip bookings from families, organizations, and corporations.
